Off Topic a bit (Kawasaki means business!)
Holy doodle!!
Check this out!!! Kawasaki means business obviously. They just realeased a 250 HP 3 passenger Jet Ski. I saw one at a Escondido Cycle Center in Escondido. This has almost 40 HP over the supercharged Sea Doo out there. They say this thing is awesome. Looks like it is a1500 cc supercharged ZX14 motor stroked I guess (blown too) ?!!?

That's been out long enough to have been discussed on the web. Don't expect to be using parts on your bike though.
I considered putting a blower on my bike, but went with the turbo instead......

Ninja14, why did you decide against the blower?

The Ultra 250x is a supercharged version of the STX-15F's motor except with a little lower compression. The 15F's motor is a stroked ZX-12R motor.

The blower is much more difficult to mount and drive. I was planning to mod the frame to do it and then changed my mind b/c I wanted a simpler system that I could also sell. I like supercharger performance, but the turbo is just more practical.
I may yet put a blower on my Vmax - as the V4 motor makes it easier to do.
