AHHHH!! New bike blues

My new black ZX14 was delivered to me two days ago and I'm in love. Problem is the dealer posted the keys to me and all I can do is look at it in the carport untill the keys get here. Talk about torture I'm friggen bouncing off the walls.

damn shame. You need to keys to pull off the seat....then you could go ahead and pull the flies. You don't need the keys to change out the sprockets though. A 16t up front would be the first mod, maybe +1 on the back til your keys arrive.

BTW, Congrats.

Too hot to ride? If you pluck up some courage and get above 35MPH it's not that bad; trust me mate. It is quite safe.

Trust me when it is in the mid 40's in the shade and the air is hot and dry it doesn't matter how fast you ride the wind is hot. And with a full face helmet its like sticking your head in an oven and shuting the door.

Yogi....As a locksmith i can tell ya when you get your keys, have spares made. You can go to a dealer and get the original blanks. Take it to a good locksmith and have them copied or you can hit up ebay and find them cheaper. Not sure how many good locksmiths are floating around the outback but good luck.

When my 14 came in on April 29th last year, my wife had already scheduled an appointment with her cosmetic surgeon. She went in on the 29th, the day the dealer called. So.... there I was sitting in my living room taking care of my beautiful wife, and her new boobee's. In the garage was my bright shiny red new Zx14. And I could not play with either of them

That did not last long :d

40C is 104F 45C 113F and that was in the shade. In the outback not too many traffic lights. Try stopping in West Aussie at the lights, full face and leathers. You can't see shit for the sweat in your eyes, meanwhile the wife on the back is passin'out. Always an up side..
