Photos of Brocks Gen3 with Corbin Bags

Big thanks to Brock for helping me get his exhaust fitted with my bags. About a month ago I sent him one of my Corbin bags so they could get the measurements to produce a compatible version of the Gen3. Brock and the people working with him were friendly and responsive through the whole thing. And did a good job keeping me updated. They bent over backwards a couple of times to fix some issues that came up due to simple miscommunication and the out of the ordinary nature of the whole transaction.

Kudos to Brock for making an all around great product. The weight and power improvements are immediately obvious and are very welcome improvements, the bike even sounds like a sport bike now. Here are the pics.

man that bike is Sweet. I usually don't like the "Bagged" look but that bike looks GOOD. Very nice. Would be curious what a GPS shows for top speed with all the luggage and uncorked power now.

Had the gps to right about 180mph so far, yesterday in fact. It was still climbing slow but I didn't have room for more. I don't think it would get past 185 gps, but maybe.

The pipe was modified, yes, by Hindle. I don't know exactly what they changed.

By the way, THE PRODUCTION SYSTEMS WON'T SHOW THE WELD IN THE PIPE.

That would look sweet, but I've never been a fan of nitrous. If I ever decide I need more power I'd go with a turbo.

Sure would be nice if Corbin could square off the bottom of the left bag... Would also give you a little more usable space too.

Ya, that would be cool, should be easy to make a minor change like that in the mold too. Should even make the bag a few oz lighter. I already have mine so there's no point in even asking them.

What size is the backrest? I'm looking at the Corbin seat myself and thought of buying their 8" x 8" backrest. It's for our daughter who is still under 100lbs. NICE pic by the way... Keep that up and your front tire will last forever.

I don't remember seeing any 8x8 backrests for the ZX-14 seat. Make sure your backrest is compatible. I got the small oval backrest. It's under accessories if you pull up the ZX-14 seat. This seat fits the glove box on back if you decide you want that, handy little storage space. There is a large oval also, but the small one is big enough for any woman you'd want to ride on a sport bike.

Just wondering how that Corbin seat is working out for ya. Not interested in the backrest but I may do some long distance touring this year and I've been thinken hard about getten the seat. Ya like it? By the way, the wheelie with the bags on looks cool. Adds a new perspective to sport touring.
