Brock's setup runs $629 (on sale). A new Ohlins damper without brackets is only $300 +/-. Brock's mounting hardware ($329) looks awefully expensive to me

Well when you put it that way, it does look expensive. But, I still am going to go with it, hell I owe him that much money just for all of the corospondence and map support he gave me for the Gen 3 system.

owe? Not sure I agree with that statement. I would consider Brock first and foremost due to his customer service, support of his product and this site, and his knowledge on going Fast. With that said, yeah, his damper isn't cheap....but its way less expensive than a guard rail via tank slapper after a nasty wobble that you weren't able to save.
There are other options out there, feel free to post them in another thread.

Overall the product is very nice, good fit, and works well. Very happy with the purchase and it doesn't look like the mounting system will fail....ever.

Looks like a VERY nice, quality piece! I wish I had had one during my one and only wheelie while leaned over a bit.
