Looks just like a bike I seen somewhere before....

i never installed the lower cowl, cause it needs to be modded with the adjustable threaded lowering links, and would need to be removed everytime I adjust them....
Maybe I'll put it back on once I get the ohlins bolted up and front suspension dialed in.

sorry the dyke doesn't run very well without the baffle
seriously
I never took the baffle out, I see no reason.
It already is LOUDER than any other pipe out there!
It would be obsurdly LOUD.
Mad mike in the drag zone has a megaphone on his drag bike, he and some buddies had some 1/4 mile vids
They don't run a baffle.
what ?
I can't hear you!
My bike is parked for the winter anyway.

lower the biotch.
Its waaaaaay less wheelie prone, even just 1.25 up front and rear makes big diff.
The reason I say 1.25" is thats all you can lower the forks without drivng the fender into the fairing, and if you lower the rear more than the front it makes a huge diifference, much less wheelie prone, but lowering it unequal ammounts will change the steering geometry and make the bike push the front in corners.

Lyle, I did the same to mine...left the lower cowl off for good and it looks much better too...just have to clean the shock a bit more carefully to get the grime off is all.

Pete7r....
That tire was brand new, had 10km on it, as did the pipe in that pic, was not scuffed in and if you look close you can see all the dirt on the road....
The town I live in was tore up with construction, so say what ya like
I never dumped mine in the marbles like some friends had last summer
If the bike was full of road rash and smashed I'd be your hero i suppose?
what an
I didn't buy the bike for hard cornering, most of Alberta is like North Dakota....
FLAT AND STRAIGHT.
9000 km / 6000 miles on it and been thru 5 tires..... no burnouts till tread was a the wear bars...
All SCRUB from accellerating
This bike is not pussied, nor beat up.
Ridden to work daily, and bounced off of the limiter in 6th everyday gettin there!
Chrome... its cumin, that pic was June 10
my street looks like the pic steve posted above right now.....
2 feet of snow.
Shhhhhhh...........................
Black Betty is gettin her rest...
she's gonna need it for next summer

The lower cowl is junk anyway one the stock exhaust leaves the left side of the bike. I hate the gaping hole.
