..on the highway ..it's about 16k/litre..[welcome to Canada]..blasting around the twisties 14k/litre..about the same as my 10r did...minus 6% for my 16 tooth...I've messed with the pc3 but full gas is it..I'm pretty close to sea level most the time...

I'd try to get a flies out slip on map from anybody. You could also try running the stock flies out map from powercommander.com, then try pasting in the 5000-11500 rpm range from slip on's map with flies in. It won't be perfect but it should run better than one or the other, and your engine will be safe.
