Brocks race map installed ...

And i thought this would be easy ....Seeing that i have no lap top computer i had to take my computer down stairs to the bike ( I live in a stilt home) ...After getting the puter set up i could not find my USB cable for the P/C ....2 hours later i found it .. I got the map installed a pulled the air filter.. The map said good for 87 89 fuel or u4 or mr9 but i'm going to run pump gas for now and see what happens ....This should be on hell of a test seening that this coming Wednsday night we are going to have DRY air and be in the low 60s !!!!Bently said he picked up a soild 10th of a second going to the track map from the street map....My bike is hard to ride now with the street map, so if this thing picks up some HP with the Map and the cooler dry air it just maybe more that i can handle.... I will be going to our 1/8 mile track and my past best 1/8 mile pass is 5.99 @ 124 .......I need a 5.91@ 126 to match Brocks best pass with Chip riding his zx14 at Gainsville ....I'm sure my Brocks powered zx14 will have the HP to do it but i'm not so sure the rider( Me) can pull it off....The bike at stock wheel base is a hand full allready to ride and the added power is going to make it even harder...It may take a few test and tune nights to get a handle on riding this puppy...Wish me luck because i have a feeling i will need it...Smokin....

1. Nothing's ever easy.
2. Bolt-ons never are.
3. Good Luck! Sounds like fun!

You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

Smokin' I know what you mean by hard to handle. I put the Street Meg on with a zero map Friday and a new set of Busa frictions. I ran out at BMP Saturday morning and couldn't keep the front end down very well....it's like starting over with a whole new bike. I'm in the 9.7s now and can't wait to get the street map in there. Good luck with the track map! I'm heading out of town this week, but will try and head up to Sunshine next Wed.

Yes the track map is for 87 89 or Mr9, I use 87. I take airfilter out when I get to the track. I have ran the track map with airfilter in on the street and drivability is fine. Actually thats what I've been running for the last few hundred miles.

i just installed the brock street meg and p/c (with the track map with butterflies in) last night. my buddy is friends with brock and talked to him personally about the setup before we ordered and this is what he recommended for mostly street riding. it works great, the bike really responds. i have the air filter in and i run 93 pump gas. the only thing is the extra noise makes me paranoid about haulin ass, i used to be able to do it in stealth mode, now this thing wakes up the neighbors, oh well......screw them... more testing to come

it's working great on the street, running 93 amoco, stock air filter, flies in,brocks streetmeg ,pclll w/track map.runs fine in traffic, blows right into the rev limiter on the access roads. the bike is a real beast. never tried the street map but i don't see a need the track map is well behaved until you gas it then all hell breaks loose, what a rush......really pulls hard up top.
