High Rock International Raceway in NC
Please show support of this track that is trying to be built in Sailsbury NC. If/when it gets built, that means there will be an additional place for track days. It is a beautifully designed track and will mean a lot to the local community that has lost jobs due to mills closing.

actually...the trck IS NOT located in Salisbury...but Spencer....which is where we are located....the track will be 1.7 miles from our front door....
20 million dollars is going into the track...it is slated to grand open in Feburary of 2008
it is a 2.65 mile road course wiht elevation drops around 60 ft at certain points...a world class track....I have personally spoken to the Dave Risdon who is one of the people heading the venture and asked about a drag track...it is not in the current plans...but somehting he said they will look into once the track is built and up and running...

i hope they do a 1/4 drag strip facility SOON after they open,and get some events booked ...that would make that area boom w/economic treasures,..good luck and thanks for the info doug
