to answer your question: i dont think rears fit from a zx-12. i believe the zx-12 front sprocket is also the same as the zx-11. anyone know for sure?

I can confirm this part. ZX-12R and ZX-11 have interchageable front sprockets (12 = 18T, 11 = 17T)

I just got a Black Anodized 42T Rear Vortex in today. If you want her let me know. That a tooth up from stock & works great w/ a 16T front. Did I mention that the black looks Badass!

Does the chain have to be lengthened at all if you go up 1-tooth on the rear? Seems like one tooth wouldn't add that much diameter... but I figured I'd ask just in case. That's a mod that I might like to do soon.

im pretty sure you dont need new chain for 1 up in rear... especially if you go down 1 in front at same time.

Even 2 up/down rear should not be a problem, without any changes to the front.
3-4 up maybe? Esp after the chain has a few miles on it.
3-4 down also.
IMO 99% sure.

Don't have it on hand(i'm home). But, i assure you that it's a vortex sprocket. I'm a Vortex dealer.

Here's a thought! Maybe they didnt update their site yet? Seen that plenty of times.
