rear brake lever Question

anyone know offhand if the rear brake lever has bearings? I'm planning on a trip to the powdercoat shop soon. Short of taking it apart, I was wondering if anyone could answer this before I pull it off.
thanks
jeff

If I remember right there is a hard plastic insert type of bearing that is pressed into the pivot point. Its not a metal bearing but more like hard plastic insert.
