The small styling cues that Kawasaki did with the '07 14 makes it a nicer looking bike, the un matchable brown/gold shit is gone and the painted lowers are a big improvement. The white with flames is not my thing ...fugly.Does anyone know if there were any changes to the '07's mechanically?

Here is last years Kawasaki ZX14 photo of the candy thunder blue 14. And below is the new blue 14. If it's not the light then I believe they are different colors. I hope they are actually.

Sorry Vak, it's the light...

It's the same color and if I'm wrong who cares it's still a big improvement over the brown rims and forks

Just remove the flames and paint the grills white or black and the white will look good...I would buy it...

I agree with CR (sort of), the flames, red grills, and red rims are readily fix-able...
But when I buy a new bike I don't want to have to give it a makeover so it looks good.
You want to see nice paint schemes, check out the 07 Suzuki lineup of 1000's and 750's.
....black w/red highlights....black w/blue highlights..... they know how to paint 'em!

I agree with that one Con!!!!!!!!!! Kawasaki needs to hire their paint dept away from them.. Then Kawasaki needs to line their own paint dept up and shoot them.... What they have done with the paint this year is UNREAL!!!! Why should a guy have to give a brand new bike a complete makeover like you said.. He shouldn't have to do that.
