When the snow flies...

ordered adjustable cam sprokets, head gasket, wego a/f meter, fuel press guage,

Next up....4 round thingys with bigger lumps on top, 2 long sticks with 4 larger lumps each, and a plumbing kit with a white 2.5 lb bottle.

Considering removing the balance shafts and having a new crank assembly internally balanced. Have to check with falicon and see what they recommend.

Things should be interesting next spring.... if I can wait that long.
Maybe I'll visit monument valley this winter... after all, its been a dream of mine for many years now, and this should be an ultimate weapon for swallowing up the scenery and burning up the miles down there.

Yep, nights are getting chilly here in Denver.

We've got about one month of decent anytime riding left and about two months of decent daytime riding left.

I'm an admitted pussy when it comes to cold. 45 F or below and I don't ride, so my bikes are pretty much hibernating from mid November to mid March. A few nice days in between alwys creep up, but it's hit or miss here at a mile high.

head gasket is stock, haven't found thinner.

No, no sleds in my garage.
Not enough snow here1-2 feet tops.
I used to ride the CR500AF in the winter, but work has been too busy, and I sold her.
Nights dip down to 10C, days are still around 25-30C
The fresh crisp sunrise rides are great for HP
