You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

Yea i seen that too.... so the bikes set up for 1/8 mile, thats why we see 1.39 sixtys? If I remember your geared to death to run 1/8th right? I would think you would run out of gear before the 1/4. I have a 16/42 and the speedo see's 180 going thru the traps....going with a 43 tonight and i'm thinking it might shut off right at the traps. I'm also going another inch out so i'll be at 7 total.

My bike does not have the speed calibrator, it shows 180 when i go thru the traps. Where are you finding 48 tooth sprokets? Everybody I talked too only has 43 as the biggest?

This was not a guess I use a race air pro computer which most of the pro stock guys use
to estimate part or whole runs. The hardest part of a 1/4 mile run is to get the numbers
by the 1/8 mile and really everything is finished by the 330 from there you are basically hanging on. The STD run that I posted 8.83 was based on perfect conditions which we do see here in the winter. My actual run that night 5.74 would have been 9.03 @ 150.89.
I live 15 miles from the Texas Motorplex 1/4 mile but we don't have a NHRA license and cannot race there but we are working on the license thing.

Flatoutbu did you find the sprocket that I posted?

I didnt find it on the website but I will call about it. I was also told bye a guy from Marvick that the 04-05 zx10 back wheel are the same pattern as the 14 and the front wheel is the same as the 12. They go strictly off of measurements so i'm not sure if the cush is the same but i know the sizes are the same.

Waiting in line on the 2-lane road for the gates to open.
Fighting the hard South wind all Spring and Summer and waiting for that first Norther.
Thinking that my low 9's were fast...........................and now 14's are nearly there stock.
