Mine was the same way.
The only way to stop the rattle is to drill it, then fill it completely with lead shot and lime jello.
Wrap it with 0.37 mm of green duct tape and..............you're done!
I still don't understand why Kawasaki didn't do this from the factory. ____________
You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

Rattle is caused from inside pendulum which tightening outside nuts will not fix-to verify hold tilt switch with two fingers and flick it with the other hand and you will still here rattle- I used multiple small pieces of dynamat to wrap sensor rattle is muffled about 95 %.
Dynamat can be bought at most car stereo stores.

Wrapped weather stripping foam around the sensor. Puts pressure against the gauges to stop any movement, and quiets it down pretty substantially.
