Well it depends. was said that if you unplug the comp, you can make a run and it'll go poast the limiter once before the bike realizes that there is a problem. Second, the bike may have had the limiter removed or installed a majic box. Who knows?

I think the final figures were a bit better than that FK.

In Class 1 Flipper did a 198.7mph on a totally stock 1400
In Class 2, won by the ZX-12R as you said, Rob from Colchester ran a 207mph on his 1400 and even little ole' me managed 205mph on my 1400.

The conditions were perfect for PB's on Sunday, a decent tail wind. Also I think the club might have the fastest lady in the UK with a 205.4 on a ZX-12R.
There was a guy from Bike Magazine (UK) there on Saturday with a ZZR1400. He had a Four-into-one system, a PC and 'flies out. He let me have a quick ride on it, what a difference it makes ! Absolutely brilliant power right from tickover with no holes in the curve. On my 1400, with just a pipe and PC, I was having to launch at around 7000 rpm to get good drive off the line. Guess what I'm going to be doing as soon as possible ?
