Tampering

Not to throw more stones - just curious. I was on-call with another doctor yesterday and she rides a "Duc" - and she tells me she has to be very careful because she has had her bike pushed over numerous times when parked. Has anyone else had this experience with other "brands" of bikes or our beloved ZX-14??? In over 25 years of riding, I have never had a bike tampered with......

I had my first Brand new 83' GS1100ES pushed over at a bar I was at. I saw the MF'ers who did it drive away. I picked the bike up and chased them down. Caught them at the intersection of Rt 68 & 72 in Shaumburg Ill. I pulled the driver out of his car by his neck and beat him like a dog, his buddy came around to help and saw what was happening to his friend and turned and ran like the pussy he was! That was 23 years ago never happen since. Minor damage to the bike ,major damage to the A-hole LOL

I've only had one turd sit on my Boss Hoss and play "VROOM-VROOM" with the throttle. I knew he had sat on it since he bragged about it in the bar, and I gave him a royal reaming up one side and down the other. When I went to leave I found the bike hard to start because of all the fuel the bastard had shot down the intake from the 4 barrel carb's accelerator pump. Unfortunately, the stupid cocksucker had already left. I can just imagine how it would have been MY fault if he had managed to drop the 1300 lb. motorcycle on his leg . . . it might have been worth it.

maybe her coworkers think she's a bitch?

Damn I'm jealous---I think the '83 GS 1100ES may be one of the most beautiful bikes I had ever seen when I was a youngster. I still think its sexii

Never had anyone tamper with my bike, but I told the guys at the dealership that someone knocked it over. I just couldn't man-up and tell them I dropped my 14 with less than 200 miles on the odo. My son accidently knocking it over on my birthday, does that count?

Two years ago I had just filled my gas tank, and was returning from the bathroom when I saw a car full of guilty looking teens pull away from the pump. 5 minutes down the road, my bike began blowing black smoke, and died. I gave her a quick once over, and all I could find was a lose oil filler cap. Many days later, my mechanic informed me that my crankcase was way over-filled, and full of crap. Circumstancial yes, but I believe those asshole teens were the culprits.

Maybe it's where she parks the bike...Some riders feel that they have the right to park in a regular parking spot for cars....Technically they're right, but the people in cars dont think so...The cagers always take up the extra room the motorcycle does not...

Moral of the story the motorcycle is not a car, so keep it out of the car parking spots...Look for a spot that will protected the bike...

I haven't personally had it happen to me but have heard similar stories from friends. Why can't people respect other people's stuff? Door dings are another thing that get me going, if you ding a door, fess-up & leave your info. Most people will respect the fact that you left your info & not claim it on your insurance. Too many people trying to scapegoat their responsibilities. I'm getting off my soap box now. Have a good day & put your gear on.
