Looks like Toasthead has finally found some friends.

Anyway, billet is a term for a solid block of metal.

For example; a billet crank would be machined from a block that exceeds the dimensions of whatever is being made.

No one makes exhaust from billet. Toasthead is just talkin shite like always.

And I am sure that Russel is making a special run just to make his brake lines?

Couldn't resist draggin this up.

"I have to say the redline is great!!!!! I adventured down PCH, and went to Kanan Dune road. It had been a while since my Kanan racing days, but I was feeling my MOJO. 20 years of riding all bikes I was reluctant to go all out right away. I rode up and viewed for speed traps, debris, rock slides, wet surfaces, or just poor road surface. after my initial pass at 85, I returned to see a Yamaha R1 feelin froggy. Everyone knows the bike is only as good/brave as the rider. I pulled up to him at 65 and quickly we were off. I sped up to 135 and lost view of my competetor (he wasn't feeling as stupid as i was). I continued and even reached a steady pace at 145 swooooping though turns. The experience was harsh as I was wearing my bean helmit and sunglasses only making for heavy tearing. On the last turn I slowed to 85 before aprroaching PCH to see if it was ok. In second gear I lifted the front wheel vertical and held it for a bit, then proceeded to slow to a quick halt purposely endoing the rear to the sky, stopping perfectly at the line. The folks at the gym on the corner were heavily applauding. I have been in 15 motorcycle related accidents, been over 200MPH, riding for 20 years, on dissability for the last 4 with a titanium spine and dead peoples parts, and I feel I got my MOJO back this weekend. Thank you my trusty Kawasaki Company!!!!! My first 1990 ZX11 had plenty of power, even by todays standard. yet we all know It had no braking or turning ability. This bike is the best ever by far.
FYI: Del amo Motorsports sold there first ZX14 to honda research and Development??? they said they will ride it, then autopsy it.
P.S. I got my ZX14 for 10,800 new at a great dealership in so cal. E-mail me if you want there last one."

This bike is amazing!!!! It does'nt lift when throttling at any speed, just goes straight and as fast as you can handle. I've owned a zx-11, a cbr100xx, gsxr1300, and now the king. This bike can handle turns as easy as most 1000 cc bikes with a solid feel. The clutch and gears are perfect and can be handled easy by most experienced riders. I challenge anyone to redline this bike, you just can't unless you leave the city. I go to about 75 in first with a quick shift to second, and by third, in seconds I'm at 135 and braking. You can own more nimble bikes, but they won't outdo the overall comfort, ease, and pure raw power. Did I mention that I get twice the mileage of my BMW 1150GS Adventure.
I can ride hard all day about 145 miles (City and canyons) and only use 3.5 gallons.
Any questions ask.

Sorry man, but I just have to giggle a bit when i read your posts. You have a brand new bike, not even a few days old and you're hammering on it? You go from a bike that won't lift the front to save it's ass, to standing her straight up at 85 and then to a vertical stoppie? This is just after you retired your wheel chair after being on disability for the last 4 years, having an aluminum spine and other peoples parts installed?
Pretty talented or you're on some really good drugs. And twice the mileage as a beemer?

This guy has hundreds of thousands of street miles guys, so better listen up when he starts talkin.

nuther one from Tostado
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the PM that Tostado the jackoff sent to me:

"I have 20 years experience riding, several professional racing courses, and I am a great rider. Don't email me with your nonsense. Go ride a honda rebel chicken shit. It's not stunts that get you killed. It's when you chose to apply those stunts. stay off my pages "

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is this the same bike you went out and did top runs minutes after picking it up just to brag about it later, then want to know who all can do wheelies with it like you can, then you want to lower it, and now you want top dollar? I might give you $5000 for it due to its history...

Big bore your stupid, going fast doesn't put ANY problems on a bike if you keep the rpm's lower. I don't know what your experience is with BMW's , but the Gs has 85ft lbs of tourqe and can wheelie 10 x's easier than a ZX14!!!! I am a great rider, sometimes limited (self admitted) at technical mechanics. I ruptured 8 discs in my back and 2 in my neck back in April '01 and stopped working on May 29, '01. It is much easier to ride a sport bike than a cruiser for several reasons: your back in the straight up and down position absorbs every bump, and on a sport bike i can lay my fat gut on the tank to relieve the impact on my spine. I am limited to 200 mile rides due to my injury, and have been taken away in an ambulance twice from my home for exceeding my limits and being in too much pain. If you knew anything of a back injury, you can do things and pay the price later for your activity.
BIGBORE LEARN HOW TO READ! I may not articulate myself properly sometimes, but I don't lie!!!
and TJ what's behind your Troll comments everytime? State specifics, at least Big bore mans up enough for that.

Saying "This exhaust is billet aluminum, aircraft grade, race exhaust" is entirely different than your last statement telling us that it's just the end caps and hanger brackets that are made from billet.

You could have said that the exhaust was aluminum with a few pretty pieces made out of billet. Your broad statements is what tends to get you in trouble. You may not have noticed, but accuracy is pretty important when you're broadcasting statements to a hundreds of people who are in the market for aftermarket accessories. If someone told me that an exhaust system was made out of billet, then I ordered it only to find out that a couple of tiny pieces were made from billet, I'd be a bit unhappy.

It's impossible to use billet for cans and pipes, only a moron keeps asking me for specifics when they are just too stupid to make the difference. The end cap, the connectors, and mounting brackets are billet, the cans are high grade aluminum that you can stand on they are strong.
the only reason people break apart my "broad statements" are to start shit. Everytime this happens I explain and the BS seekers are proven wrong. I DON'T LIE, and the broad statements are simple and easy to figure out if your not so concerned with breakin someone down. I was excited about the pipes and wanted to share right when I got home, not write technical blueprints on exact schematics of pipe guage etc. If you want all of that don't read my threads! My statements are simple, my 5yo daughter can figure out, WHY CAN'T YOU?

Just eating popcorn, letting the ruptured disk in my back heal and reading all the FUN bitchin' goin' on. I've particularly loved the pissing matches between BF and the rest in the SmackHouse; the one between Tostito and BB4 brings a smile and a nostalgic feeling. I can't hardly suffer riding in a car but the 14 allows me some comfort for my back so I use it for short rides when I get physical therapy, otherwise I'm just sittin' in this FUCKIN' chair.

On another note, I offered to help Tostito host his photos of the new exhaust since I have most of 1 GB of fast server space sittin' with nothin' on it, now he has no excuse, once he takes the photos.

BB4...not to piss anyone off, but I'll say it again. When Dorito 1st came on the board, he made a lot of statements that riled a lot of us, me included and some of us went on the offensive and really hammered hard at him. Through all of that, he took the abuse and stayed the course and path with a surprisingly even keel. In my books, that took a lot as he took a lot of abuse from a lot of us. The fact that he stayed and took it better than many others would, (perhaps me include) well, I had second thoughts about him and have since changed my stance towards him....and everyone knows how I hammered him. He has earmed my respect around here and while that may not count for whole lot with anyone else here...it does for me. He's ok...it's BlueFuckAss we have the problem with...later dude!

Well God has spoken, you need to earn FBA (Fastest Brain Anywhere West of a retard rest home) because, because, because, he's so important and he runs this place.

Don't be discouraged, if an imbecile can, you can too, just suck FBA dick once in awhile and make him feel important.

I hope I didn't rile you FBA, because with that awesome brain of yours, I don't think I could handle all the editions of faggot this and faggot that, in your insult portfolio!

BlueFag...you're stll a idiot...now what...you wanna put this thread in the Smackhouse too? Just so you can try to run it there like every other lameass attempt you've made in the past?

Asswipe -- if I was "God"...I'd stamp you out like a bug....I compared you to a cockroach in one of my other posts...but you know...all you have to do to kill one, is just step on it and grind hard - end of story.

My insult portfolio doesn't have nearly enough ammo in it to even half address a lowlife little prick like you, BlueBalls. I'd need to jump down a few levels to get to your's so, for now I think I'll just pass on that...Mr. Potatohead.

Man...you one ugly fuck. Here's to you loser
