Damn BlackMagic. I'm gonna get you to buy my next bike. I paid $11,100 out the door in CT. There may be differences in taxes, license, ect. Course that may be couple $100. Sure ain't gonna make up the difference between my deal and yours.

Don't forget the internet BS factor.
From $10,500 to $11,000 USD, final out the door price is good.

Alan...
1) Welcome to the forum
2) You suck at the internet. Use the search function and you will find plenty of threads where this has been discussed. In the end, it doesn't matter what anyone paid. Each market is unique and demand is a fluid variable. Just because some dude in Wisconsin paid $4,700 OTD doesn't mean the local dealer in S. California won't laugh at someone offering $12,000 OTD.
3) This is a great forum and the guys here have tons of knowledge. Participate and enjoy...

$10,200 out the door Chicago Cycle. They told me (and I checked around...) they were selling it at $100.00 above their actual cost. So after the dust settled, they had $100.00 to show for everything. They spent an hour doing the freakin paperwork. If you can get one at $10,100, it is my guess that you are, or work at a dealer... If it is below... your dealer builds them there.

I'm sure it's not keeping you up at night. Besides, I think anywhere between $10,300 and MSRP of $12,000 is still a pretty good deal for this bike. The actual price paid has everything to do with *local* supply and demand, and then a little extra for overhead at a specific dealer.
We've seen lots of prices fly around here over the past few months, and so far it doesn't sound like anyone has truly been screwed. Sure, some have got some pretty sweet deals, but those must be at high-volume, low-margin dealers... and not all of us have access to dealers like that.

My actual OTD is a little hard to figure, I traded in an 05 ZZR1200 that I bought 6 mo prior from the same dealer for 7100.00 bux, and gave 3500.00 bux that included tax title and license difference. So I figure I got the 14 for about 10,500.00 and six month free ride on the ZZR. Same dealer had one on the floor for 11,000.00 OTD a couple of weeks ago....TB

I agree he could search a little, but it's a pretty fair question. I saw a red and a blue on the floor of a shop in the Little Rock area tagged $13,500. I'd hate for someone here to get bent over like that.
Anyone up for a trip to Wisconsin. We could carpool and bring home a trailer load of those $4700 ZX-14's.

Although this has been discussed before........ $12,000 OTD in Southern CA when there were none anywhere around. I have vin# last 4 = 0325 bought in April. I dont care what the other deals are in other places in the country. The cost of living here is high! The bike is awsome I would have paid more to get it when I did. I was riding when others were waiting. This bike is SMOKIN SPEED SEX !!! Don't look back just get one and ride it HARD!!!!!!
