I paid 53 dollars for mine. I also got a surprise when I went to pick it up.
Seems when you buy the center Stand and Handle you also get the grab rail tailpiece. Pretty sure it's a mistake because it's Black and my bike is blue but I think it will still look pretty cool installed. Think of it like the older British Sports Cars Black tail section.
After looking at the picks seems Malaysia gets the center stand, handle and rear spoiler (No reflectors) and a slightly higher clear fairing
The rest of the world also gets a slightly higher Clear fairing and rear spoiler No Reflectors and No Seat Cowl.
I got to get out of here; I got too much time on my hand. Big trip 12 days and counting.
