Atlanta Ga ZX14 riders. thursday 13 July, 2006 at 7:pm

I want all the ZX14 riders in the atlanta metro area to get together for a thursday evening ride to one of the local bike hang-outs Sports bar (The Vortex). First the meeting place will be downtown at BP Gas station located on Spring street across the street from the Varsity and down the street from Georgia Tech. If you are interested post a reply and be at the BP Gas station on Spring street on July 13 2006 Thursday at 7:00pm. we will leave the BP at 8:00pm and ride to the Vortex its about 15 minute ride.
Again if you live in the ATL and want to get together with other ZX14 riders see you Thursday 13 July 2006 at 7:00pm. I you can come post a reply. If you need help getting to the BP gas station downtown I can help. Joe Sanders

It was cool, hung out at the BP for a bit then hit the Vortex. Met (5) ZX14 owners, all on black ZX14s, very nice! Two of them had Muzzy pipes, the others were stock.

My 12 gave me a fit on the way home, almost stalled out on me in the HOV lane on I-85 at like 80mph, had to whip across 4 lanes to get to an exit just in time for it to die on me. PC3 took a crap. In the six years I've owned two zx12s, and this is my 4th powercommand to take a crap. I wish there were an alternative but oh well, this one will go back for warranty replacement (AGAIN).

At least I wasn't stranded and a ZX14 rider stopped to help out.
See you all next time.

If I can fix my junk tomorrow, I'm going to Commerce tomorrow night for some TNT.

Glad you made it safely accross. I had one of the black 14s with the Muzzy. Yes, it was a good time hanging out at the BP and then all the Kawi's riding out to the Vortex.

I do not believe I can make Commerce tonight however I have been there before. This afternoon I have to take the 14 back to the DYNO. I am running a little rich on the low end according to my mechanic and the graph of my map shows it, but othet than that the bike runs awesome. My mechanic says it will not be a problem to dial it in. I have the modified zx10 commander from Schnitz. Take care
