DYNO TUNED! FLIES OUT, STREETMEG & PCIIIusb

OK, 1st thing. I dont have the dyno sheets to post cuz I just got home & forgot them at shop.Totally spent! Next thing, I did a quick tune tonite due to getting a late start.

The #'s- Last pull was 181.2 HP 106.60 TQ.

If you have the flies out you are gonna NEED this map or it's equivalent! The A/F leaned bad 16:1+ between 3250 & approx. 5250rpms at just about all throttle positions w/the dyno/track map that I got w/the pipe. This map was a map for a 14 w/Flies so lean spot not in any way the fault of Brock.
I adjusted the map quickly & w the exception of richening up full throttle about 5 to 8% above 7k rpms(was alittle lean there) I Just focused on that lean spot. Got it down to around 13.8 to 14:1 AFR & was good w/that.

The gain in that lean area was astounding picking up 20+TQ & I think it was over 10+HP
The bike is a complete animal!!!!!!!!!
I will try to go & fine tune ASAP. But, right now I'am very comfortable w/ the results.

This F**kin thing hauls ass!

I will be to e-mail the map to anyone interested & will follow up w/ any changes I make when I have the bike back up on the dyno.

I will post the results tommorrow & overlay before & afters.

Did I say this thing rips!!!!!!! For those of you that have the 10 & 636 I will also let you guys know when they're dynoed w/ no flies.

Pipe sounds AWESOME! Looks AWESOME.

Do you have the sec. flys out? If so, this map will get you right. If not, you will be way fat. I changed fuel % in some spots by over 20%. I would have to recommend this map for the guys w/ Muzzy full systems & no flies also. This will be closer to optimum than a map set up for Flies & muzzy full system.

Did you test in 4th (where the 'flies would normally be near-closed) and 5th (where the 'flies would be open)? I'm concerned that the bike will be rich in 5th and 6th.

Thanks for the effort!

Yes, I ran in 4th gear & 6th. Everything looks good. Again, like i Said this was a quick tune. I will be getting it (the 14) back up & will refine the map further. I will then make that available to anyone interested.

When I was lookin them over today there is room for improvement on the map but it is real close & will be a significant improvement for anyone that is running w/o a No Flies Dynoed map.

I will e-mail the charts to someone willing to post them.

As far as everyone waiting on the map. Bear with me I will get it to you guys ASAP.

Looking at the bottom chart will show the tale. 82 TQ up from 64 TQ. This comparison shows a significant bump in power & I wasn't finished playing w/ PC. HP went from 44.5 to 56.6 NICE. This was before & after 4th gear runs (w & w/o flies).

The top chart is 6th gear roll-ons I did for max speed. You can see the power curve is alittle give & take til 7.5K where it just starts pulling away from the stock chart(red).

I forgot to mention that the Brock's Street Meg System was one sweet piece! Went together w/ no hassles.Better fitment that the Akrapovic that's on my ZX10. Light to the point that I have to re-adjust my suspension settings & while it is alittle on the loud side, sounds BAD ASS! Has to be the easiest 15HP I've bolted on to a bike!

Thanks Brock for putting in the R & D to make the superior product.

Ok, everyone that e-mailed me should have the map. I just got in from riding. A few things to make a note of, there is some popping on 0% throttle. I checked the plugged pair valve for loose fit or leak & found none. So, I think that I can dial the popping out with some tweaks of the map. Other than that this thing pulls like an animal right to the rev limiter. Endless Power!!!!!

Dubious I just e-mailed you the No-Flies map again, I may have e-mailed it to someone else & thought it was you & you did give me your e-mail before. I'm just alittle overloaded w/work, going crazy busy here!

Elevation here is about 150' I'm on Long Island, no mountains here.

Did anyone load the map yet?
