There is 1 of those in my building too. Ass wipe too.
I have already decided to remind him to get an extra motor installed if he wants to race. And then I would still kik his ass. E65 w/2motors, maybe?
Therefore no waste of my equip/gas.

A 3500 lb car with driver would have to make about 1500HP to have the same power to weight ratio!
