I don't know if your bike is like mine but it seems as soon as I take the bike from the kick stand the RPM's reduce to 1200 rpm "Now". Just thinking outside the box, when I have the bike on the center stand the vibration allows the engine bump the RPM until the bike is kicked off the center stand and the vibration is less, telling the FI to reduce the rpms to 1200. Crazy?
Mine does that too, infact it drops to 1000, and wants to die out sometimes!
Huh? Really? not mine...

According to my recall notice, I can call an 800 number and notify Kaw USA directly that I have had the recall handled. I haven't done it yet, but expect to.
That # is to call if the dealer has completed the repair, and you recieved the notice after. You still have to take it to the dealer. Otherwise you will continue to get recall notices.....

Some people will tell you that slow is good - and it may be, on some days - but I am here to tell you that fast is better. I've always believed this, in spite of the trouble it's caused me. Being shot out of a cannon will always be better than being squeezed out of a tube. That is why God made fast motorcycles, Bubba.... ---HST
