Just got mine home!!!

Well I just brought mine home from the dealer today! I work at the dealer part time so I put it together out of the crate. Picked up the blue. Can't wait to get it to the drag strip and see what it can do! Probably will be two fridays from now cause I'm in a wedding next wekend. I ran 9.89 on my Busa just lowerd and strapped. And I'm 215 unsuited. Gotta say this is the smoothest bike I've ever owned. No vibes anywhere.

Even after owning mine for three weeks or so, I am still amazed at the power. These things are rockets above 6K RPMs!

Ya gotta admit i don't follow break in much. Your right it's a rocket. My last busa was at the drag strip with 16 miles on it, that's how far the track is from my dealer. Sold the bike with 350 1/4 mile runs on it, 75 with nos, and 9000 street miles and it ran like new. Buddy did the same thing with his and it was also fine.

wow...I guess I worry to much and dont like spending money on tires all the time. I have got a friend that tapped out his suzuki gsxr 1000 with 10 miles on it...the dealer told him to take it easy or he would have been on it out the door ...lol

Gotta say when I purchase a bike like this can't worry how fast it chews tires, the fun makes up for it, I know a vstrom will go about 10000 miles on the rear and 15000 on the front!
