Just talked to Harry at Heli. The risers are already being manufactured and he has quoted $79.95 for the set. They will be black anodized and will come with all the hardware required. I will pick up my 14 tomorrow and will write a review then.

won't work for me.
The angle needs to be changed.... yeah i know they say it can't be done....
Change the angle without the rise, lift the outer edge of the bars instead of the entire bar....
Well I'm on my own I guess.
