Attention Canadian Readers: Pirelli Diablo Strada Front Tire Giveaway
Pirelli's successful Stateside front tire giveaway promotion has migrated North of the Border and is now open exclusively to Canadian residents. If you live in the frozen North and the rain and snow have let up just enough for you to get your bike back on the road, then this link is for you. Purchase a Rear Diablo Strada and get the front FREE. (And you know how we all love free stuff!). Sorry, but the rest of the World (yes, that includes the USA) is shut out this time. No word on if this offer may be offered to "everyone else" again, but keep your fingers crossed.
For now it's just the Canoooks that get a kick at this. Be forwarned! The little ticker at the top of their webpage says the only have 73 of them left to give away!
Here's the link to order the free front tire . Make sure you fill in Bikeland.org in the "where ya heard about it" section!
If you want to find out a bit more about these tires you can check out our review located here and you can read people's comments here!

Like we said in the review... the Stradas were more than enough for the street. If you're going to do a long tour this summer then they're yer tire. They have almost as much stick and pretty much the same feel as their stickier counterparts with double the treadlife. We didnt experience any of the vagueness we experienced with the Bridgestones for example. If you're finding the "limit" of these tires on the street, then you're going to be in other kinds of trouble (not tire related) IMHO.
Read freek's comments at the end of the article fer more info.
BTW they were particularly good in colder and damper conditions.
they were just pretty good all around. a real surprise to us to be honest. we had expected them to suck ass.

IMHO, the Stradas compare to Michelin Pilot Road, which I have nothing else but very good prize for. Like stated in Fishe's report, these tires are excellent for everyday rider with expectation to last little longer that their pure sport brethrens.
