Its home and im happy, Rides alot different than my 954 but i love the power.Got small scratches on tank from pants fuck i hope they come out but it all mine now black ZX14 : )

The head Mechanic told me to use the power or lose it not to break it in like they say in the book. i broke the 954 in fairly hard and hell its nice but its time to move over the ZX whats the garage

I would trust the folks at Kawasaki before any mechanic. I am a MMI graduate with K-Tech cert and I would never tell someone to disregard factory instructions. Kawasaki has nothing to gain from telling you the wrong way of breaking in a bike...

Even keeping it under 6000 rpm s dam the speed you get playing under that its crazy funny thing is you would never know with out looking down.

I have heard that before, that you don't want to break them in too slow.....but I don't know much about it.
