Nick, maybe its about time for the Kawpukes to talk some shit. We've been listening to crap spew from you Suzuki riders for long enough. I never used to really have a biased opionion about anyone group of motorcycle riders. But lately I've decided that the MAJORITY of Suzuki riders are arrogant pricks.. And your proving it....

wow, so like, whats going here?? why can't it seem that these two communites be a little more inept to welcome this without trash talk from either side? all the boards about this everywhere start one way or another, then trash gets talked....then it goes back to the 'he started it first' crap. i saw for the first time the other day a 14r, and i went and talked with the guy. he started it up nd let mee sit on it and rev it up a tad to feel its smoothness. i don't personally doubt that it will beat the busa, because if I PERSONALLY were kawi, and released a definative busa-beater after 7 years of having to here about hayabusa this and hayabusa that, i would make sure of it that it did. so i have no doubt that it can whoop some butt, all we want to see is by how much? i mean the manufacturors are brinking on making bikes that are just too fast for the general public, so there is not much more that could be done and still have a legitamite MARKETABLE bike.....i mean, since when was a high nine 1/4 mile anythig to complain about??
i personally am going to try and race the 14r at the track here in the next few weeks at a test/tune. he had a 12r, and ran a 11.0 at like 134 up at mile-high, and i just broke into the tens and ran about 130mph, so we are pretty close it would seem at driving skill....i guess at least. ------but anyways, hopefully we can run and just have some fun. i mean, that is what racing is all about, right?------

what ever the outcome you can be assured of a few things..
IF THE RACE AINT STRAIT, it will be run again, until BOTH RIDERS are satisfied and both agree it was a fair race. if it takes 5 times so be it..
- ALL VIDEO of races that eithier rider has a problem with, WILL BE DELETED.
- No faces, no names, no plates. (unless both riders agree to use screen names only)
- DESERT road in MEXICO lol. 5 MILES OF STRAITNESS. no cops, no cars, nothing.
- IF IT IS A STRAIT RACE, you will have the vid the next day. edited, and hosted, with cool music.
i know SEVERAL STOCK busas, I HAVE A VID CAM on tank mount. and I will be the chase/camera bike only... nobody else there unless you guys bring them.
NOTHING but respect.
And so I wait... patiently.

hello to all you zx13.5 lovers! I am from suzukihayabusa.org, I want to verify that its really nick, IT IS!
now that I am here I would like to dispell a few myths, a stock ZX12 has never beat a stock busa with competent riders...
the fact kawasaki calls their new bike a zx 14 doesn't mean its a 1400cc engine, its a 1352, bringing it closer to a 13.5, in reality the bike is a stroked and bored 12 with a zx11 clutch and a newer FI system, what really keen is the intergrated combustion chambers... go team green!
everything else is a 12 with the exception the chassis that has been reworked to accommodate a narrower engine, same frame concept, hard to work on and messy...
someone says the busa is so "1999" well the 13.5 is soo "2000" it offers no new technology other than a radial mounted clutch lever? advanced isn't it?
the zx13.5 weighs 475 DRY, it has a 3.75" rake and trail along with a 57.5" wheelbase, isn't hardly what I would call "ultimate" in fact its longer than a 12?
the reality is kawasaki didn't deliver anything spectacular, "high tech" innovative, or new, its all ten year old technology reworked for a few special suckers in the sport biking community, and I cant wait to lay waste on one with my STOCK 2005 gsxr 1000. yup, LAY WASTE, I will carve it up in the twisties like a thanksgiving turkey and beat it to the speed limiter like a red headed step child...
enough boasting for now, just waiting for a 13.5 in my area to show up and the jokes on kawasaki, hey, pass me the cranberries would ya....

its a mythbusters sort of thing, someone has to keep it real, the magazines wont, kawaski wont and apparently everyone here is too yellow to stand up and be counted?
I guess the fact no one is barking at you is a sure sign the 13.5 isnt all its cracked up to be?

After to many years of the Busa boys doin it, you're still doin it. Why won't you guys just face the facts? The 00 12 was faster than any busa.
Look at your video. You had a 12 with just a bigbore kit, no nitrous and it looked to me that it walked on the viper harder than any of the busa's, yes?
Even with the higher Drag coefficient, the 12 makes so much more hp at peak than the busa, that it is able to overcome the extra drag and surpass the busas speed.
It's funny, but most of the 12 guys don't talk down the busa, in fact most of us respect it as an awsome bike. The Busa boys, on the other hand do nothing but trash the 12R.
Why is that?

Nope because of the I ride a Suzuki everything else much be a piece of shit metality Suzuki riders have. . The ZX12R is piece of shit, Kawasaki is a piece of shit. That crap has been fucking forced fed down our throats for way way too fucking long. Twisted is a prime example.....
