Received the call in NE Indiana
Got a call from Woodson, and their first ZX14 will be in the end of the week. I have $500 down, so I am locked in as the first potential buyer. They ordered black first, but are getting red, ha!
Exactly the color I was hoping for, but the black has definitely been growing on me such that I almost wish I could see a black on in person to make a final decision.
So Indiana is finally in the loop, or at least this end of Indiana.
Will post pics maybe this weekend, gotta go to Schnitz's in Decatur and get lowering dogbones...

Mine's black, wish it was any other color...gorgeous, but always looking scratched...swirls and all.

Don't worry, once it is in my driveway, pics will be posted along with my initial impressions. I really had my ZX12 dialed in with lowering links, PC3R, K&N, and Muzzy, so I am curious how the stock 14 will feel compared to my modded 12... I have been reading some personal accounts to my wife, and now she is somewhat worried!

Honey, it's a sport touring bike......................nice comfy seat when you want to go for a ride. How fast is it?, well it will safely do legal highway speeds all day.....................

Here ya go, my new bike. Dealer never called me, I had to call on Sat. and they said "yeah, its here, thought you knew...". They just wanted to have it on the floor for a couple of days to show it off and have everyone finger it.

ZREXER, I am a touring person and let me say that this bike is just as much fun to ride at posted speed limits as some who enjoy riding in the upper abilities of this machine. It is kinda cool to be able to take off in first gear and make it to the posted limit in first gear effortless. I have to admit this is the first bike I've owned with a gear indicator and I hate to admit this but.....I use it.
