Has anyone flushed out the 14 yet? Don't know when a service manual will become available and don't want to F anything up. Matt - Did you use 50/50 distilled to WW?

More like 75/25 distilled/ww. It had engine ice in it previously but the distilled/ww combination worked alot better. Made the mistake of using straight antifreeze on my old stock 12R... holy crap did it run hot. Put the D/WW in it, and the fan never came on even in traffic.

Sorry - I guess I missed this question earlier...

No, I haven't done anything to my fluids yet other than change the oil/filter. When I do try Water Wetter, I'll be doing the recommended mixture, which is probably less than one bottle for our tiny coolant capacity. I won't be flushing or changing the mix - I'll leave the factory 50/50 water/coolant in, but removing just enough to get the recommended amount of WW into the system. I'll probably just add it at the overflow tank and let it circulate through the system slowly through the next couple of rides.

Water wetter is just a surfacant--breaks down the surface tenison of the watter so it can "wet" the metal better. There is usually a layer of gas between the coolant and the metal and this product eliminates that. Think of floating a pin on a bowl of water---put one or two drops of soap in it and the pin sinks.
