...mebbe that's what this forum should be called...."Area 14"....home of the seldom seen, almost organically shaped something...a black streak here, a red blink there, and the blue still waiting to come out of...often thought of as a myth, yet it has been seen in static defiance to the non-believer's incredulous denial....
....anyway, I saw MY first sighting in sunny SoCal yesterday in Orange County...1030 hours...on the west bound 91 Freeway as it approaches the 55 Freeway...a distinctive black 'face' in my left rearview mirror...those 'eyes'...that gaping 'maw'..."Look honey, there's my bike!"...gotta hear that engine, open my window, big smile on my face....then...SWOOOOOSH!!!....it was gone...."Close the damn window and your mouth you idiot!....and why are you driving so fast????....oh geeez  ....its just a black bike...are you sure you know how to get to the fair?"
...ahhhh....motorgasmic bliss....I have seen the mythical ghost creature and was enveloped in its glorious contrail...."HEY!!!!....OPEN YOUR EYES AND DRIVE YOU MORON!!!!"....

...dude, if you're here and if that was you, your rear seat cowl was flappin' in the breeze BIG TIME....like it wasn't secured properly....d'ya still have it?
