My sales rep was told via e-mail that his dealership in southern Ontario (Canada) will be shipped one over the next few days. I hope it's blue because red ain't gonna cut it...red is too easy to point a radar gun at. I might settle on black but anyway I'll let you know. Logistically it makes sense if they have hit the west coast.....we will see ; I've had a deposit down (50%) since Nov so this wait is killing me...I feel the pain when I see everyone out riding..lets hope for the best....cheers

The ground is wet, must be BC! Who got this bike?

The guy that deserved it most!!!!
Tim had a deposit on this bike since Oct 05. His former bike, ZX12R, was crashed by a friend and was a total loss. Tim asked for no compensation from his friend. He graciously accepted it and went looking for a new machine. Having previously owned a ZX11 & ZX12 it was a given that a ZX14 should end up in his garage.
Congrats buddy, you deserve it. (Sorry Carol the new kitchen floor will have to wait)

Thanks for the kind words.
It was tragic that I lost the 12R, but at least my buddy wasn't hurt. That is the important thing. In the end, it worked out well. The 14 is a lot of fun. Hopefully, there will some good long trips on it.
As far as being the first, I did put a deposit on it the first day it was announced. Burnaby Kawasaki has alway been good to me and certainly deserved my business.
