According to that picture the bike is leaned over when obtaining this indicated 315 kph. As you roll coser to the side of the tire in a corner the diameter gets smaller, causing rpm's to increase, and speedometer reads higher than actual speed. Not noticable in slow speed corners but you can hear it when you throw it into a 100+mph sweeper.

Actually I've noticed going into T12 at our local track with the throttle steady I'm indicating 115-117, tip it in and it reads 125-127(w/out adding any throttle) as the engine wails-up close to it's 3rd gear revlimit. At 200 mph that difference would be about 20 mph(not that the 954 would come close lol!). Also noticed on the back "straight" the bike is leaned over to the left all way round, indicated 165 a few times but I know better. Amount of difference depends on tire profile, min. cir., max. cir., lean angle, speed etc... but I know 1st hand anytime you lean a sportbike over at speed the faster you go, more you lean, more error you get. You can noticably hear it during IOMTT on bike footage, bike's pulling top gear, accelerating slowly tick, tick, tick, in and out of a sweeper and wwwwwwEEEEEwwwwww. But that's just me.
