YEA!!!!.....AT LAST!!!!
.... I spoke to my dealer yesterday and asked him when his allotment will be in and what colors will he be getting....being the loyal customer that I am and having had bought three bikes from him and sent others there that have resulted in sales for his store, I reminded him that I wanted the first black one that comes in and the ZX-14 ad poster on the wall ... and this is what he told me: "I don't know when the bikes are coming in...I might have to trade some of my stuff with another dealer IF he wants my stuff in trade for a black one....and since everyone seems to want the black one, he might want more for it and I'll have to pass costs on to you....and I don't know about the poster, we'll see....and if I can't get one you're SOL till next year, pal....and I don't know when those will be in either, so don't ask me...in the meantime stay off the computer and don't believe anything or everything you read on the internet...get a life and go ride your ZX-12R or your KLR650...they'll get here when they get here."

Iv'e always said...when the bike is here, it's here, and until then go ride something else or go pollish your poll rrrr sum'n!!

I've got an advantage in that I want a BLUE bike - so if my dealer gets the more "popular" black or red bikes first, he shouldn't have a problem trading with anothe dealer who would rather have those colors....

Yes, the blue bike is the special "handling" edition... black is for the chrome/bling crowd, and red is for the suckers that want the cops to be able see them sooner.

I told my dealer I did not care if the damn thing was yellow with bright blue dots, I just wanted the first one he saw.

I like the new 1000rr as well it fits me. Its not a small in size like the new 10R or Gixxer

Yup. Black is by far the best seller. My dealer has pre sold 7 black 14's and 1 blue (mine) and zero red.

Sometimes I call dealers in other parts of Florida and a Kawasaki Dealer in Gainsville says he getting one on Friday.....I've heard this one before but it's something to chew on. Or it's something for you guys to chew me up with. You will note I've lost some fire when I say the above. Waiting
