Rotisserie Chicken Rub
INGREDIENTS:
4 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 large roasting chicken
METHOD:
In a small bowl, combine all the spices and mix well. Rub the spice into the chicken, making sure it is distributed evenly. Place in plastic bag, seal, and keep in fridge overnight. Rotisserie chicken or, if you don't have one, place chicken in shallow roasting pan, uncovered, at 250 deg for 4 hours. After the first hour, baste chicken every so often with pan juices. Juices will start to carmelize on bottom of pan and chicken will turn golden brown. Let it sit for 10 minutes before carving.
NOTES:
We have a rotisserie, and I do not put my bird in a bag overnight. The chicken is fantastic and is done in 1 1/2 hrs when done on rotisserie.

Lets see.....
The sun is shining
the pavements dry.
chicks are out running.
North the birds fly.
Spring has sprung!
soon summertime.
but something is missing....
something awry.....
yup.
that about sums it up!

The big deal is this, delivery dates moving back more than once and with no explanation from Kawasaki as to why. People getting frustrated and suspicious, you don't have to be hyper-sensitive to see that in some of the comments made on this forum. Head-in-the-sand attitudes don't wash anymore. Maybe not a BIG deal but certainly a deal. This forum has some of the most enthusiastic Kawasaki fans around and you can't treat them like this.
However, ten out of ten for loyalty Fish.
