Help To Back Up Media Player To DVD
Could someone walk me through backing up the music on Media Player to DVD? I will have to use about 5 DVD's so I'll have to do it in sections...........
I can't seem to isolate the songs on the Media Player........I am using Roxio Easy CD Creator.........

5 dvds? you mean 5 CDs? 5 dvds would be an insane abount of music (assuming it is under normal compression. no idea what you mean by "the music on Media Player" tho. media player is just a program used to play music. the actual music files are just files somewhere on your machine.

Yeah............about 16GB for the songs only.....I am having trouble locating all the sogs in the same place. I am wanting the library in the Media Player.

i'd bet there is an option in teh menu that pops up when you right click on a trck name that provides info ont eh track, including where on yoru machine it is. just do that a few times and hopefully u'll get all teh palces on your machine where they are located. otherwise, just search your entire machine for files of typ emp3, wma, whatever, and just copy all them.

Warbird - You can find media locations in Windows Medial Player 10 by going to Tools / Options, click the Library tab, then hit the Monitor Folders button. That will show you a list of all folders that Media Player is looking in for media files.
Now back to our regular programming of bitching about why our 14's aren't here yet...

If you using Easy Creatot * there's an option to make a music DVD, I did one and have about 16 Cd's on one DVD disc
