I just checked kawasaki web site and the compression spec is back up to 12.1

Just checked a pdf I downloaded from ZX-14-com in February 2006. It has 12:1 as the comp' ratio.

Checked all my PDFs too. Same result.
And kawasaki.com still says 12.0:1 at the moment.

Considering the mess Yamaha is in for making outrageous claims about the new R6,I would say all the bike companies are a towing a tighter line on claims of performance.And who knows,maybe if we are lucky they pulled them back to give them the power they led everybody to believe they had
