Pricing?
Has anyone been getting a better price than the 11,450.00. I live in Minnesota.
Minneapolis area. Or are they that exclusive? Should I wait or is Kawasaki sending
only limited quanities to our shores.

Yes. Try phoning Hitching Post. Ask for the sales manager. (important!) Tell you to give you their best out the door price with tax set -up, and license. If your 11,450 price is everything then its not bad. If that is before tax etc. then it's terrible.
They should give you 11,400 out the door everything included.

Hey Hunter,
thought you were on the other side. Nice to hear from you.
I did talk on the phone with one of the sales guys from the Hitching Post
in Fridley. I haven't been in to see them yet. I will take your advice and talk
to the sales manager.
I have to sell my FJR first. I can trade it in but I'm not so sure they will give me a good price.
I will go see them tomorrow and see what they have to say.

Well, FasterThanStink,
I have been thinking red. I like the black too. I have not seen one up close and personal.
I've seen all the pictures etc. but seeing one in person should help. Everyone sure hates the gills on the side but if you think of them as shark gills (ie corvette) they would be easier to live with them. If you want a pretty bike buy a FJR. I like that the ZX looks just mean.
No frilly girly make up to be pretty. Just muscle and speed slats for control. I like them.
Maybe a little paint on the edges of the slates. An Accent color. Or paint them with chrome paint.

The Black is nice but too hard to keep clean.
The grills are easily removed with 4 screws for those who want to go grill-less.
I kinda have gotten to like them.
