Curb Weight Again!

Now that we know the fuel amount and that the engine is bigger => more oil
The marketing sayz ZX14 is lighter than ZZR1200
but never mentions ZX-12R in this context
So I say the curb weight is in there between
ZX-12R < ZX-14 < ZZR1200
I think it's more than 542,5 lbs (246kg)
but less than 555,55 lbs (252 kg)
What do you experts expect?

There's nothing in it, maybe a couple of pounds or so. The weight of rider and how much fuel is carried wipes this tiny difference out anyway.

I notice that the ZX14 has 23 degrees Rake and the ZX-12R has 25 degrees. There is already a comment elsewhere on the forum that the ZX14 "feels" lighter. I suspect the frame geometry and C of G etc will have more to do with how heavy or light it feels than actual poundage.

Are we talking wet weights now? Previous weight discussions mostly revolved around Kawi's claimed dry weight.

However it works out, I'm hoping that when wet, the 474lb (dry) ZX-14 will weigh significantly less then my 518lb (dry) ZZR1200. And it looks like it will.
