price
I was looking in the flyers from the bike show today and the 14 is already being discounted.Price was for $9999 on a zx14r.Anyone find it cheaper?

that is pretty much cost. Except for the small kickback to dealers 2 to 3 %. Some dealers are trying to get 12,800 with taxes on it. bend over if you like! Not I

$9999? Was that from LI Kawi dealer? I heard they have low advertised prices, but also heard they BS ya.

At that price, you'd still be like $11,500+ OTD.
I'm paying $10,800 OTD.
Looks like I got a good deal afterall.

I paid mine 14500$ canadian i had a cote for 14300 but they were giving me a lot less for my Z1000

Ozzy, you want details? Here's how my deal went down.
1. I was given the price for the bike at $10,600 ($900 off sticker price).
2. $200 was then added for dealer set-up / prep / doc fees.
3. This brings the total to $10,800 OTD.
4. There is no sales tax where I live; total is still $10,800.
5. You do have to pay registration and title fees where I live and for most people they can
be expensive because they're based off the value of the purchase (for this amount figure
like $600). I however am military (non-resident of this state = exempt) so, only paying
actual cost of the tag and title trans fees or $55.
6. Bottom line, is $10,800 for the bike + $55 tags / title = $10,855 OTD.

It should be around 20 thousand Euros in Finland, almost a thousand more with ABS
I think I can't afford it...
