so - any sign of Kawi's freaking 14 numbers yet?
they must be waiting till the thing is a bout one inch from rolling off the assembly line before the yreveal HP/weight etc etc

The bike will be released before kawasaki releases any numbers. Just go to their site and look at the 650 Ninja. It's been at dealers since mid december but their site still shows the weight, seat height, etc as N/A.

They've built a monster and they don't want Suzuki to know just how bad it's gonna be. Suzies efforts are being delayed to the last minute, and may even have to go back to the drawing boards.

That's an idea!
I can handle the suffering if it delays the Suzuki new Super-Falcon
but what is their gonna make it *sure* that Kawi is beaten
and build a 1522cc engine with 222hp at the backwheel without RAM-Air systems
and go 8.8s on 1/ยค mile, top speed 222mph,
and torque 133ft-lb max and almost 100 at 2000 rpm
AND
two turbo-models: 300hp for racing and fun (extended swing-arm)
and 600hp for drag-racing with nitrous option inside the cowl (adjustable swing-arm)
