Guess Top Speed stock but with TRE My guess is that the new (some say ugly) "falling water drop" shape
and very small fairing/plex for the rider to croach behind
makes that slippery new Kawabusa go

If understanding the question to be with speed restriction eliminated and no other changes, then low to mid 190s, at least if given plenty of running room but maybe within the standing mile.
If it really is more aerodynamic then maybe high 190s with plenty of running room but that might require a gearing change and so would not qualify. We just won't know till it's released.

Of course 186 STOCK. With ONLY the speed limiter removed, I'd say 197 mph.

Ah, went and checked out the TRE page. Been many years since I looked at it. So his new TRE also removes top speed restrictions on bikes that use ignition. What about fuel? Gearing?

Well, a zx12r with 180 rwhp will hit 199-200. That has been done. So if the zx14 puts out 180 rwhp it should go 200 mph, assuning its at least equal to the 12r in aeros.
So what if its a little better than the 12r in the airflow department. Maybe 202 mph?
What if it makes 192 rwhp? Then you might see 205, 206 maybe?
I guess we need to wait and see....

I don't care much for the top speed ungoverned (that isn't my style) but the whole "2 - 3 more months to guess some more" is crazy talk. The bike mags will get their hands on the first few bikes that come off the line and the stats will be all over their pages come mid Feb (March editions I guess) so........I'd guess we'll start getting hard figures in the next 30 days or so since this is what will draw pontential buyers to the dealers to assist sales of this bike. Kawasaki knows it, the magazines know it, the dealers know it and so do we.

I'm talking about 1000 miles of room not a quarter.
Grand in money talk (not enough gas to ride it anyway)
eg. enough distance to make the top speed
at sea level, no wind, no up or down hill, rider total weright 75kg/165lbs with helmet
no ABS, no centerstand, standard but the TRE, tank 80% full at start
Just think about "Standard" no tricks on anything else but TRE and staying flat
