Thank God that Muzzys finally posted the numbers for all the losers that doubted. Let the forums roar! Way to go Muzzys. I'd like to see an '06 outfitted with this as well.

I'm not saying that those numbers aren't true, but how would you know if they weren't? Could just as well be a graph of Ricky's shootout bike with the name heading changed? Again I'm NOT saying that's what has been done. I'm simply saying don't be tooo trusting when you're fuckin around in the racing game. NUMBERS don't lie, BUT racers like Fisherman DO!
AGAIN I'm NOT saying that is what has been done here! I'm sure they are dead on the money. I just find it funny how people see a graph and all the sudden some story of huge power is true. Heck I can make graphs and spread sheets all day long. What would you like them to say?

So what are you saying exactly? I am saying that MUZZYS has dynoed a ZX-10 Turbo at 500 horsepower. Not almost, not in my dreams, but for real.

So gunner, what would be the advantage for Rob to post a 500 hp dyno chart that was not repeatable by the eventual owner of the kit? What would your point be in even suggesting that?

Rob & Doug..................I was clear in my post that I WASN'T saying that your numbers are false!!!! My post was to point out that some of these guys jump at a posted Dyno sheet like it's written on one of the stone tablets along side the Ten Commandments!! I'm glad you're here doing what you do, but when guys start jumping up and down cheering your name just because of a dyno sheet it's a little premature. Also just showing a graph that starts at 5500 RPM leaves a fellow to wonder what's going on below there. For Drag racing it really don't matter much, but for a street bike It's very important, but I'm not telling you guys anything you don't already know volumes more about that I do.
My post was simply to point out that rumors of power and actual power can be and actually are very different things most of the time. I'm impressed with the graph, but I'll wait to see some of these in action. I've kept up with Rob since the Eddie Lawson days and have always been loyal to kawasaki. Nothing will make me happier than to see some independant dyno pulls spit out some of those matching sheets. Let's just say years of being involved in this business has made me a bit of a skeptic. Making Big Power isn't all that hard to do with forced induction. Keeping the motor alive for more than short peroids of time is the real challenge. And I'm sure that it will take a whole lot more than a 9K turbo kit to achieve that.
IN NO WAY WAS I TRYING TO DEFAME ROB MUZZY OR HIS COMPANY!! I would say the same thing if it was Barry Henson posting his graph.

The turbo market has some heavy weight competition. Velocity, Muzzy, Motorhead, NLR, Big CC racing, Hahn, just to name a few.. There are a few others that I've missed.

Well I think with Rob And Doug, you need to realize that they wouldnt have anything to gain and more to loose by using a graph of Rickeys bike (whatever that is, I dont know what it is) and claiming its the turbo 10.

I only used that graph and situation as an example only.. That's why I said in my original post that I was sure those are real numbers. But they could just as easy be false if they were from a less that reputable company.. I used Ricky's bike as an example as to how easy it would be to obtain fake numbers that would fit into the peramitors required to make such a graph easily believable. EXAMPLES ONLY!!!!!!!!
I regret using that particular situation as an example. It has been turned into something I didn't mean for it to be.
Again my post wasn't intended to DEFAME or DISCREDIT Rob Muzzy!

Yes Fish I know it's really Rob No disrespect intended, BUT Fish he's just another guy like you and I. I also personally know Warren Johnson and Greg Anderson. Two very BIG fish in the pond, but they're just a couple of regular guys. I respect them just as I do Rob for what they have achieved. At the end of the day they're just regular guys having fun at what they do. These guys don't want to be treated different from the rest of us. I would respect Rob no matter what, he's older than I am and I respect all my elders. I'm from the south and that's how we're raised down here

I would not doubt Warren or Gregg if they told me what there Pro Stock engines dynoed at. However I am sure there are alot of people who do. Why do you suppose that is?

Heck Rob I Know those guys and I'm not entirely sure I would believe them, BUT they're not in the retail business to sell motors. The art of finding power at their level is very guarded as you're well aware of. It's not at all uncommon to toss 50k at an idea and come up empty handed in that game. We have put a 1400.00 set of Ti valve springs on and make 3 pulls on them and toss them in the trash. It cost a lot to learn as I'm sure you're painfully aware of. ONCE AGAIN Rob I want to publicly apologize for the way my post was worded. Even though I stated that I wasn't saying your numbers were false. It appeared that I was implying that they were. I was implying that the proof is in the pudding. I can remember on one occasion when my Ex Boss purchased a motor from Ron Krishers motor shop and it had a very impressive dyno sheet that came with it. When we got it back to our shop and pulled it we were left wondering which one of Ron's motors that sheet went with because it sure wasn't that one.

Hey gunner, here's a suggestion: purchase the 500hp kit, install, dyno and report back to us the outcome.
