Yes, viewable from here - if you can find them. And yes, the most of the "Y*h** group" (name left blank so I don't get accused of advertising again) photos are from other locations, watermarks left intact (if there were any at all), and folders created giving credit to the websites where they were originally posted. If you had a photos respository, that would be fine - but it's nearly impossible to go to one place and find all of the good ZX-14 photos... that's all I'm trying to do.

Sure, yours is larger than the other ZX-14 site - by a longshot, am I supposed to be impressed? The problem is that most of your members are only here because of your ZX10 and 12 sites. They will never be 14 owners because it's too "big and heavy" for squid-style carving of the "twisties". I can't believe people complain about insignificant things like a helmet lock on here... it probably weighs too much... geez.

This is suspiciously resembling something that happened about 5 years ago .

Anyone else notice a similarity?

Matt... I'll make this clear right now so that we dont have any "problems". When you signed up to this site, you agreed to some terms, including copyright terms and conditions.

I'm telling you right now, do NOT "archive" anything from this site or it's subsections. You do NOT have permission to do so.

Thanks.

Fat GAY boy writes..."for squid-style carving of the twisties"

Now we're called squids because we ride ZX10-12s and like performance riding....

He comes on here to push his website... whines and whimpers that he can't post
a stupid pic because he doesn't know how to watermark, then he belittles the pic I
hosted for another member as not as good as his.... add to that his temper tantrum
and removal of his pics... calls me gay and gives us the finger....

Next thing he'll be starting to move everyone's files to "his site" for ease of having everyhting
in one place....

Do I have permission to let my dog ASS RAPE this jerk???

Really.... I MEAN, WHO IS THIS DICKTARD????

Pic of DICKTARD in question... Note the retarded riding position... hahahaha He wishes
he knew how to carve a corner.... probably doesn't even ride..!!!!

Matt... you'll have to pardon 238 ... just so you know.. you are stirring up some bad memories... his reaction will be mirrored by many other members who have gone through this before.

It is actions and words very similar to yours that divided the 12R community about 5 years ago...

There really is no need for a repeat with the 14...

I do not want to speak for Dave who owns Daytonasportbikes, but I am pretty sure that he feels the same way, as do the other admins of the other sites from whom you have "lifted" content.

Simply respect the copyright of this site.. Do not "archive", "copy" or "save" any information "for us".

Thank you.

The term stolen could apply if a person took copywritten information from a website, such as bikeland.org, that has a copyright notice posted on their terms of service. I have not "lifted" (or stolen) any content from bikeland.org, and have no intentions of doing so. "GOT IT????"

I don't think you'll ever need to speak for Dave. Daytonasportbikes.com (aka Daytonasportbikeriders.com), does not have any copyright defined in their terms of service. Dave wisely put a watermark on his photographs, which gaurantees that anyone who views his photos knows exactly where they came from, and also promotes his site if the photos are distributed elsewhere. That's called "smart business" and can indirectly grow the amount of traffic on his website, making any future advertising revenue generation more substantial. It's a simple concept...

Good. Just want to make sure you understand the Bikeland and Zx-14.com do not need "your help" in archiving any information.

Uh... Why dont we let Dave answer that

Wrong again.... right from Dave's website:

Ok, no problem. Dave put his watermark on his photos, so his copyright is upheld. He does not restrict the use of his content elsewhere. As long as proper credit is given, no terms have been broken.

Ocat... other ways to spot a DICKTARD...

They usually gurgle and make "rum" "rum" noises as they sit on a parked
bike. You'll never see one actually ride as they have no clue, but you'll know
one was there as they always piss the seat just thinking about going fast...
They stagger as they walk away.... 'cause they get motion sick doin a twistie in their little brain....

What I love about this site, as opposed to that other, is that relationships, as witnessed here between members, are allowed to run their full courses without interference from do-gooders.

See and they have happy endings too!!

Well, what can I say... I do like the 14, so I'll probably be around for a while. Anyone who takes this stuff too personally probably shouldn't be at a place like this... you guys *can* be brutal.

As for my riding prowess, no, I can't claim that I'm Mr corner carver, nor will I ever go to a place like Deal's Gap and even try to keep up with the "fast" group... just not my cup-o-tea, but I do push my ZZ-R1200 more than many push theirs, but a heavy bike like this simply doesn't have the feel of those race-replicas that are out there. Add my fat ass to that equasion, and that makes things even more interesting. I like a big motor bike so i can catch back up between the corners...

I do enjoy the speed, and being in Texas, these big powerful bikes are a lot of fun. We've got plenty of space to try out the legs of these top-speed deamons, and a few corners (if you go looking) to have fun in. If I want any real fun, I've got to head up to Arkansas...

I guess we don't live in a free society after all...

Fish, you're missing the point, and you have't responded to the question that I emailed you. *I want to change my name*, I do not want multiple accounts. I see no way to change a name on your forum, so I created a second account instead. If you can kindly tell me how to change my name without creating a duplicate, we'll all be happy.

Yes, this is all "in good spirit"... what the heck... right?
