You do know every phone has GPS track. And if it was a safety thing then the government would tell the phone builders to install a shutdown anytime a phone travels say over 10mph. Just like they tell car makers the safety standards along with everybody else they tell how to do things to protect the public. But i'm sure being the smart people you are that it don't really don't matter being you have a facebook account, credit cards, direct deposit, .and being a perfect citizen whom never even fudged on ur taxes .
