Hey Fish
Do you still have your Canon 5D Mk II EOS ?? I was suprised how good the HD video
works. Wife has laptop hooked up to our 55 inch LCD/LED TV and the quality is good.
Not as good as a BlueRay movie but good. Having hardtime getting the 5.1 sound to work??
Have you done this?

I do. Havent hooked camera directly to TV.. cut footage and using the patriot box office to stream to tv. with new current firmware on the markii footage is in fact blueray equivalent (1080p 24fps.)
btw patriot box office is a bit of a piece of shit so i say avoid that for now.
