any lawyers in the group please read this
hello my name is steven and i have a big problem. my wife took my girl almost a year ago and will not let me see them or will not let them come visit. she took them by getting me arrest for cdv and i beat that charge but i couldnt chase her cause i couldnt leave the state. now she had been telling me that i can come get them when they get out of school in july tonight she told me i can come visit but thats all i cant bring them home with me. i dont know what to do and i am out of ideas. i have been nothing but nice to her to whole time and she just keeps getting worse. i need to find a lawyer that is in sc that will work with me on the money but i dont care what it cost i willl pay it my kids are worth more than cash to me. please if anyone is a lawyer or knows one please help. thanks my yahoo messenger fsteven08@yahoo.com

Family court can make a visitation order.
If you beat the CDV wrap you can file for an expungment and get a hearing to see if you can get it removed from your record.
With a clean (or cleaner) record visitation will be easier for you to win.
