Renting out my VFR

I have an old VFR that I am trying to sell. Looking on craigslist, I found an ad for someone looking to rent any bike for $100 for a day. I checked and that is about right for a day rental on an old bike. So I figure, I can rent out my bike for a day, and still sell it later. I'm not using the bike so it doesn't matter.

He will get insurance - collision and liabilty. I will get a copy of his drivers licence, and a second form of ID. We will write up a small contract.

Does anyone else have ideas on what I should look out for?

JM
