I like it, I had a 954 trackbike that I miss.
How do you like it so far? Pros/Cons?

thanks, its nothing fancy though.
for suspension it has GMD worked gold-valve on the front, stock rear but it was reworked by GMD also. be careful sending them your suspension, you'll be right at $1000 down afterwards :P

But worth it I assume? They(GMD) turned my nervous shakey handling 954(a known reputation) into one sweet handling bike with just adjustments to the stock stuff, they do great work. They also straightened my frame after a 130mph crash.

Ya from the folks i talked to that had it adjusted compared to the gold valve work is why i went all the way for the track with the gold valve stuff. plus my forks needed a total rework anyway, I bought a cracked up bike (plastics) and stripped it down and turned it into a track bike.

I just have to get beyond the psycological barrier I am thinking about buying a low production bike like a ducati that would go up in value. One that I could ride sparingly. I was going to buy a Suzuki RG 500 (4 cyl 2 stroke GP) about 6 years ago knowing it would go up in value which it did $6,000 then $12,000 now! but I was worried that I'd blow it up and it would be a big hassle and $$$ to fix it. Then I was thinking about buying a Bimota "V-due" but they were having computer problems and the company was in bankruptsy..... what a cool bike that was, mostly in museums and private collections

North Florida, last exit on I-75 before going into Georgia. It's about 45 minutes from my house, I miss doing trackdays there.
