This if from the Orlando FL News Paper ..Madkaw was a member of the ZRXOA website that Teddy and Myself belong to ..MadKaw was a motorcycle cop in Orlando FL.. An off-duty Orange County deputy died early today in a high-speed motorcycle crash on Interstate 4.

Matt Long was heading westbound shortly before 2 a.m. near Sand Lake Road when he struck the rear of a brightly lit truck protecting a road crew, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The impact ejected Long's body 200 feet and blew apart his 2004 Kawasaki Ninja sport bike, troopers said. He was not wearing a helmet, the crash report stated.

Two motorists, who claimed they had been driving about 60 mph, told trooopers that the motorcyclist passed them at a high rate of speed shortly before the crash.

The safety truck Long struck was one of four trucks replacing lane marker reflectors in the second-to-the-right lane in the four-lane highway. The trucks were moving about 5 mph, troopers said.

Long, 39, joined the sheriff's office two years ago after working for the Flagler County Sheriff's Office, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Assigned to patrol the International Drive tourist district, Long had asked to be transferred to the agency's motorcycle squad.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

You better stay your butt in that Daytona area, come to Tampa/Clearwater/St Pete area, there's something for you.

I am not lying, been through this and have done alot of back ground work on this case.
The problem is no one has challenged the court but me. There is no case law to support my case as yet, however hopefully mine will assist someone win their case.

NO Video, NO radio transmission, NO dictation of the radio transmission. It starts with the arrest for fleeing to elude, 2nd the PC hearing within 10 days, You will lose this in most cases. The judges will error on the side of caution rather then make the right decision.

All of this stimulates their buddies pockets. (you will need to get an attorney somewhere down the line)

If you didn't do, fight. Like I said early, they really want the folks with their bikes paid off, your bike is the easy to take. If there is a lien, it automatically goes to them, if you refuse to fight for your bike.

If you own your bike and they win the PC hearing, you will have to try and bargin for your vehicle.

This is about money, safety and all the other jargan, is BS (REVENUE)

I think I see a way around the law... I have an LLC for my racing business. I could have the LLC sell me the bike ( or at least put a lien on it ) , and my corp would get my bike if the cops siezed it :-)

Maybe there is a business in this....

I really don't have no issue's with the law taking a bike from the right person runnin...
AS long as they got the plate number on video and a good ID of the rider...
BUT bike's look alike and just a few numbers from a plate is not right

dude i totally agree with you on this man. They should take it from the right person, but not take it from someoen just because their memory says that it is that one. They are really wrong for making that decision, it should be on vid before they can get the person fuckin gay and just to think i'm moving down there once i get back so that i can attend MMI. Really messed up. i would like to see them take my bike when i didn't do anything wrong, i would fight that stuff in court.

I see another thread that was alive and well but was a victim of being moved into the VORTEX to be lost forever.

This "thread moving" is a conspiracy to decrease the total hit count of bikeland!?
